Directions

Pour the concentrated solution to the 1/8 ounce mark on the mixing vial and add water to the one ounce line. Close tightly and shake. Swish with 1/2 of the mixture for one minute, expectorate, then repeat. Do not eat, drink or rinse for 30 minutes.
